2010 Junior Academy Schedule

Junior Academy activity.
The Junior Academy organizational meeting will be held at a time to be announced soon.
Monday & Wednesday training sessions the first week, March 8 and 10 will run 5:30p - 6:30p
All other Monday & Wednesday training
sessions will
run 6:00p - 7:00p.
All Saturday sessions, except May 8, will run 1:00p - 2:00p.
All weekday training dates and times apply to both the East (Alcoa Soccer Complex) and West (Thompkins Middle School) locations. All weekend training is at the Alcoa facility only.
The Academy schedule for the SWISA Soccer Classic on May 8 will be announced at a later date.

The SWISA / Old National Bank Junior Academy
| The SWISA Soccer Club and Old National Bank are proud to present the Evansville area's premier development program, the SWISA Junior Academy. The
Junior Academy
provides younger boys
and girls training in proper
soccer techniques and
fundamentals, while emphasizing teamwork and fun in a club atmosphere! Boys and girls ages 5 - 10 are eligible to participate.
The program is now offered in two locations - East in Newburgh at the Alcoa Soccer complex, and and on Evansville's west side at Thompkins Middle School. Both locations will follow the same schedule (shown at left), including the exciting season finale - the intra-squad games at the SWISA Soccer Classic tournament in May. | The Junior Academy meets 2 - 3 times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Saturdays (see schedule at left) for training with our Academy coaching staff and intra-squad scrimmages.
There is no travel
involved and all training is
conducted at SWISA's
Alcoa
Soccer Complex in Newburgh, and on Evansville's west side at a location to be announced. The season
begins in mid March and runs for
8 weeks. Cost is $85 which includes a ball for each player. The highlight of the
program is the season ending intra-squad matches at the SWISA Soccer Classic
Tournament. Players are divided
by age into as many teams as
needed:

There are no tryouts for the Junior Academy. Every boy or girl that signs up is accepted into the program.
